Upsolar holding company is located in Hong Kong. Our Operating Centre and our Test & Development are in Shanghai. Our Europe subsidiary is in Paris, France. Upsolar American Inc. has been created on October 20th, and its office is now at The Pyramid Center, 600 Montgomery Street, Floor 45, San Francisco, CA.. Our main production platform is in Sichuan, China.
Do you have any logistic support in Europe?

Yes, we have our EuropeLogisticCenter in the South of France. The Logistic center is used as our main service support to European customers.
How many MWs did you ship to your clients last year? What’s you capacity for 2009 and 2010?
Answer

We provided 60MW in total to our clients in 2008. The target of 2009 is 100MW and around 250MW in 2010.

Yes. We welcome you to visit our production base, as well as the Test & Development Centre.
What kind of warranty I can get from your products?
Answer All our products are co-guaranteed both by Upsolar and our first-class manufacturing partners. These two warranties are equivalent and have independent legal effects to ensure the best Upsolar quality.
To ensure the safest long-term products coverage for its customer, Upsolar, backed by an internationally recognized insurance company, contractually engages to compensate its customers all financial and production losses due to product quality default.
