Since 2008, Upsolar has ensured the quality of its products from its Test and Development Centre in Shanghai. Our experienced and highly knowledgeable team continuously conducts rigorous testing on our modules to guarantee a peak level of performance.

Production Capacity
Upsolar's manufacturing capabilities have increased rapidly since our founding in 2006, averaging 190% growth per year of operation. This trend shows no signs of slowing, and we currently predict a 400 MW capacity for 2011.
Upsolar oversees every aspect of its solar PV modules, including design, R&D, quality control, sales, insurance and customer service. We work closely with partners from across the industrial value chain – from polycrystalline silicon, ingot, wafer, cell, module to PV system application – allowing Upsolar to efficiently meet the design specifications and technical requirements of all our products. With quality equipment, experienced workers and efficient manufacturing processes, Upsolar’s partners ensure our modules meet or exceed our stringent performance standards. After rolling off the line, our modules are delivered to customers around the world on time through our reliable distribution channels.
Upon installation, Upsolar customers receive the assurance of an insurance policy second to none in the solar industry. Supported by PowerGuard Specialty Insurance, Upsolar’s PowerCLIP warranty provides the most comprehensive coverage available today. The 25-year, non-cancellable policy is backed by a network of international insurance providers, all rated “excellent” or higher by A.M. Best Company. Additionally, while standard policies require a waiting period of up to five years to take effect, our PowerCLIP warranty provides immediate coverage on all modules.
Combined with our Limited Peak Power Warranty, which features trigger points at years 3, 7, 12, 16, 20 and 25, Upsolar has effectively created a double-coverage policy for our valued customer base.
